SoPoster is a social media scheduling and publishing platform that allows users to compose, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, and Mastodon. The Service also includes AI-assisted content creation, analytics, team collaboration tools, and brand voice management.
You must create an account to use SoPoster. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
You agree to use SoPoster only to publish content to social media accounts that you own or have explicit authorization to manage. You agree not to:
When using SoPoster to publish content to third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.), you are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service and community guidelines of each respective platform. SoPoster is not responsible for content removal, account suspension, or any penalties imposed by third-party platforms as a result of your content.
You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through SoPoster. By using the Service, you grant SoPoster a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose beyond providing and improving the Service.
SoPoster offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SoPoster does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that posts will be published at the exact scheduled time due to dependencies on third-party platform APIs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoPoster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or inability to use it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedy.
